Thermosetting molding machine

M-ADS-TS series

For products that require heat resistance, flame retardancy, and weight reduction, curable plastics with properties that cannot be supplemented with plastic resins are widely used as substitutes for iron and heat resistant products. The TS (Therm Setter) machine is used to injection-mold this material in the optimum condition. The M-ADS-TS series fuses thermosetting resin molding technology with the latest electric injection molding machines to realize highly accurate and eco-friendly energy-saving molding.

RJ series

It is a rubber injection molding machine.
We support our customers’ molding with technology and know-how such as plasticization and degassing operation.

 BMC series

This is a dedicated machine for wet unsaturated polyester materials used in reflectors, which are one of the components of automobile headlamps.
The material supplied in the form of paper clay is supplied and weighed by the pressure hopper.

Thermosetting resin plasticization technology

Before the thermosetting resin is filled in the mold, it is required to uniformly preheat the entire material for stable molding.
Stability is improved by a specially designed plasticizing device that uses temperature control with a heat medium.

Gas venting technology (curable molding)

When molding thermosetting resins such as phenol, melamine, rubber and BMC, a lot of gas is generated during the curing process in the mold.
Ejecting this gas is an effective means of eliminating molding defects. Degassing is to release the mold clamping pressure during injection or at the end of injection, and it may open the parting surface of the mold to a preset position. Our degassing operation is effective in suppressing burrs and discharging gas by interlocking control of injection and mold clamping, and eliminates appearance defects.
