The Japan Steel Works, Ltd., parents company of JSW group, was founded in 1907 in northern Japan, Hokkaido as the joint venture of Sir W G Armstrong Whitworth & Co Ltd & Vickers, Sons & Maxim, Ltd.

Now we has headquarter in Tokyo, and three factories in Japan. With the over 100 of years experiences of the steel products, we also expanded our business field to industrial machinery. Steel products covering the market of electric power, gas & oil, green power, petroleum chemicals. Industrial machinery products, plastics injection molding machines cover the automotive industry, electrical appliance industry, and others.

The JSW group with a capital of around US$ 190 million, has annual sales of US$ 1.8 billion in the year 2014. Over 5,000 people are now working in JSW group.
